- All packages are shipped by UPS.
- In case of multiple orders, all products will be shipped together as one package
- Total cost of the shipment depends on weight and size of the package and is calculated on the basis of these two values. Shipping cost of each item is visible in its description, below the total cost of the item. Prices are valid for mainland European Union countries, Ireland and mainland United Kingdom ( except to IV, KW and some PA postcodes where there will be an additional charge). In case of islands, shipping cost must be werified. If there is an additional charge required, our saleswill contact you prior to proceeding your order.
- Delivery time depends on product and is visible in the item description. Dispatch time varies depending on stock availablity. In the item is out of stock, dispatch time may be prolonged due to our manufacturer's limited production possibilities. We will endeavour to inform you about any delays.

Some products may be damaged in transit. You are obligated to view the product and check its condition prior to accepting delivery. If the item is defective, you have to write DAMAGED on the receipt form in the presence of the courier. Please take digital photos of the faulty goods and email the pictures to: office@venodesign.com within 3 days after delivery. Our eployee will contact you within 2-3 working days after the problem is reported. We will offer a part/full refund or exchange as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
- Unwanted products
You have 7 working days to return an unwanted product. FIRSTLY contact our team: office@venodesign.com. If the product is in perfect condition, original packaging, you can send it back to the address provided. We will supply you with a new consignment note and will send the item to our warehouse. Please make sure that the product is safely and well packed. Refund will not be issued if the item has any marks of assembly attempt, original packaging is damaged, item is damaged or incomplete. If you satisfly the aforementioned conditions and the product reaches us unchanged, we will issue a refund, which will not include P&P and will be reduced by 20% restocking fee. Refund will be issued after the item comes back to our warehouse. If a customer refuses delivery, return and refund policy looks like in case of unwanted goods.
